Available per December 2025, the BIAN Certification roadmap contains several consecutive certifications and Accredited trainings. Besides the certification (exam) versions there is also a version of the BIAN Service Landscape and of the BIAN book.

BIAN Certifications

BIAN Practitioner Training & Certifications

  • The BIAN Banking Architecture Practitioner certification, this will be a 2 day practitioner course. Part of the previous BIAN Banking Architecture Foundation content will move to the ‘BIAN Banking Architecture Practitioner certification’. And case study and practical applications, case-studies and test questions will be included.
  • The BIAN Solution Design Practitioner certification, this will be a 2 day practitioner course. Which will enable professionals to implement and work with the various BIAN API’s, again with practical application and casestudies.
  • The BIAN Data Architecture Practitioner certification, this will be a 2 day practitioner course. It’s a modification on the ‘BIAN Data Architecture & Design Specialization’ certification which will be upgraded towards this course. Besides going into the BIAN BOM, again included with practical application, case-studies and practical test questions.
  • The Business Transformation Practitioner certification is expected in Q4 2026. This Practitioner course is intended for internal or external consultants who will leverage BIAN to enable banking transformations and places a stronger emphasis on the business domain.
