Blended eCourseware IPMA C English PM and PMO, Based on the IPMA-NL end terms

This blended eCourseware combines self-paced online learning with interactive classroom sessions to prepare participants for the IPMA Level C certification, with a strong focus on both Project Management (PM) and Project Management Office (PMO) practices. The course is based on the IPMA-NL end terms and delivered in English.

Participants work with advanced project management materials aligned with the IPMA Individual Competence Baseline (ICB) version 4, with an emphasis on applying competences in real-life project and organizational contexts. Supporting literature and practical assignments are used to deepen understanding of leadership, governance, and PMO value creation.

This blended format enables participants to study theory at their own pace while applying insights directly to their own projects and PMO environments during the live sessions.

The course is structured in alignment with the ICB4 framework, covering:

• Practice competences – advanced project management methods, tools, and PMO processes for planning, control, and delivery
• People competences – leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and team performance
• Perspective competences – governance, strategy alignment, and the role of PMO in supporting organizational objectives

The training is interactive and application-driven, with a strong focus on reflecting on participants’ own project experience and PMO context. In addition to managing projects, participants gain insight into how PMOs contribute to consistency, performance improvement, and strategic alignment across projects and programs.

Participants will work on real-life cases and their own project environments, preparing for key elements of the IPMA Level C certification process, such as:

• Developing a project report based on their own experience
• Demonstrating competence in managing projects and/or contributing from a PMO perspective
• Preparing for the assessment interview

While certification is an important objective, the primary goal of this course is to strengthen participants’ professional capability to manage projects and operate effectively within or alongside a PMO. The blended format supports continuous learning and reflection, ensuring immediate applicability in the workplace.

Achieving the IPMA Level C certification represents a significant step in professional development, demonstrating the ability to independently manage projects and contribute to organizational project performance.
