Blended eCourseware IPMA C English, Based on the IPMA-NL end terms

This blended eCourseware combines self-paced online learning with interactive classroom sessions to prepare participants for the IPMA Level C certification.

Participants are required to study advanced project management materials based on the IPMA Individual Competence Baseline (ICB) version 4, focusing on the application of competences in real-life project environments. Supporting literature will be provided to deepen understanding of methods, leadership, and contextual project management.

The program includes multiple instructor-led training days, complemented by digital learning modules, enabling participants to study theory at their own pace while applying insights to their own project practice during the live sessions.

The course is structured in alignment with the ICB4 framework, covering:

• Practice competences – advanced methods, tools, and techniques for managing projects
• People competences – leadership, teamwork, communication, and stakeholder engagement
• Perspective competences – governance, strategy alignment, and organizational context

The training is interactive and application-oriented, with a strong focus on reflecting on and improving participants’ own project performance. In contrast to Level D, the emphasis is not only on knowledge acquisition, but on demonstrating the ability to manage projects independently and apply competences in practice.

Participants will work on real-life cases and their own project experience, preparing for key elements of the IPMA Level C certification process, such as:

• Developing a project report
• Reflecting on competences and performance
• Preparing for the assessment interview

While certification is an important goal, the primary objective of this course is to strengthen participants’ professional capability as project managers. The blended format supports continuous learning and reflection, ensuring that participants can directly apply new insights within their work environment.

Achieving the IPMA Level C certification represents a significant step in professional development, demonstrating the ability to manage projects and lead teams with confidence and competence.
