Call to action
Taking the first stept in data literacy

We’ve fine-tuned these posts to capture attention, but it’s crucial for you to identify a call-to-action that aligns with your organization’s goals. Whether it’s encouraging newsletter sign-ups, webinar participation, scheduling calls, or booking training courses, optimizing the customer journey and user experience is key to motivating them to take the next step.

Storytelling

A single post or message won’t suffice. Consistent and ongoing communication, coupled with storytelling, is what informs and inspires your prospective customers.
It’s a blend of your overarching narrative and the values your organization embodies, paired with subject-specific content. Here, we aim to assist you in crafting that content.
Post rhythm
The frequency and content are entirely in your hands. There are several strategies on how to achieve this, and one of them is Jab, Jab, Jab, Right Hook’ by Gary Vaynerchuk.
You consistently share valuable content to pique their interest and motivation, followed by providing compelling information to guide them to the next step. The ‘Right Hook’ content complements and builds upon the foundation laid by the ‘Jab’ content.
Another vision is hero, help and hub content, either way, determine your call-to-action, plan your posts, and measure and evaluate with your customers based on the response. Identify what works and what doesn’t for your organization.

Planning & timetable example

Below we provide an example of how you could organize your post planning and rhythm in detail.

Types of content
Help=The Data & AI Career path, we keep researching back to this subjects

Hub= Post that attract attention to the subject.
Hero= leverage the post to address attention to the subjects. More in-depth content addressing the need in the subject (webinars and custom Articles).
In this example:
– First a free ebook (4x and repeat 2x per book)
eBooks available: Data Lit, Data Vis, Data Management or Data Architecture
– Secondly webinar with the lead trainer to elaborate on the benefits and where to start

PS. The Call to Action below is an example, we recommend using a landing page and form.
But maybe that’s too much work. In the example below we ask to mail and send DM’s to keep it lightweight. We have highlighted these in purple so you know what CTA Process to change if you leverage this content.
Rhythm
– 1x per week a hub post
– 1x per two weeks a Hero post
– 1x per three weeks a Help Post
