Van Haren Publishing aims to provide excellent quality products with first class service. If you believe our service is less than 100% please let us know how we can improve by e-mailing us at: info@vanharen.net. We aim to reply to all e-mails and process 95% of all orders within 48 hours of receipt (European office hours). Alternatively, please let us know if you have a general enquiry. The delivery times for all orders are laid out in the table below. The orders will be sent by TNT. For express deliveries we also offer courier services. For more information about these please contact us at sales@vanharen.net Courier services generally do not deliver to PO boxes. In this case please specify an alternative delivery address.
