Where possible, we will deliver all items from your order in one parcel. If some items in your order are out of stock we will nevertheless send all other items which we have in stock immediately.
Dispatch (international)
it is possible to have all your items delivered to your address, no matter where you live. The delivery time depends on the country of destination.
There may be certain import taxes or Customs charges charged in the country of destination on arrival of your order. As the customer you are responsible for these costs, which can vary from country to country. The amount charged is calculated by the Customs of the country to which your order is delivered. If you would like to know whether you will have to pay these duties you will need to contact the Customs of that country.
Delivery times
The delivery times for all orders are laid out in the table below. The orders will be sent by Australia Post, unless the client specifically requests delivery via Fedex. For more information about these please contact us at sales@vanharen.com.au
Courier services generally do not deliver to PO boxes. In this case please specify an alternative delivery address.
Delivery Methods
Standard Delivery - Publications in stock, up to 5kg in weight, is normally delivered within 2 to 6 weeks.
FedEx - Publications in stock are normally delivered within 3 to 4 working days from invoice.
Please note that the total delivery time is equal to the sum of availability of the title and dispatch time, e.g. if availability is 2 to 3 days and dispatch time 1 day, the total delivery time will be 3 to 4 days.
