| The focus of Van Haren Publishing is to provide clear and concise information giving a hands-on approach to IT Service Management. To achieve this, Van Haren Publishing works closely with ITSMF, trainers and experts world-wide in the field of IT Service Management to publish books that provide answers to the demands within the IT Community. The high level of expert involvement ensures a consistent level of quality and high standards in all the VHP publications. One of the books included in the ITSM Library and published by Van Haren is the ‘IT Service Management an introduction’ book (also known as Foundations of IT Service Management based on ITIL®. It remains an internationally recognized title for IT service management and is based on ITIL. It is endorsed by the International ITSMF organization, through its International Publications Executive Sub-Committee (IPESC), comprised of a council of members from global ITSMF chapters. In addition Van Haren has also published books on IT Governance based on Cobit, IT Service CMM (Capability Maturity Model), IT Service Procurement (ISPL), MOF (VHP partnered with Microsoft), MSF, ASL and Project Management based on PRINCE2®. Van Haren Publishing continues to focus on the needs of those entering the field of IT Service Management as well as those that have been in this arena for years. We have offices in The Netherlands, The UK, China and Australia. Our books are published in more than 9 languages, and are distributed in over 40 countries. |
